About the Role
The Criminal Intelligence Analyst will provide analytical support for complex criminal investigations, with a focus on human trafficking and transnational criminal activity. The analyst will be embedded onsite and responsible for producing actionable intelligence products, supporting investigative operations, and collaborating with law enforcement personnel.
This role requires immediate availability to begin the background investigation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, evaluate, and analyze criminal intelligence information
- Produce written analytical reports to support investigations and prosecutions
- Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) research
- Prepare and deliver briefings to investigative personnel and leadership
- Facilitate collaborative investigative meetings
- Provide court testimony, if required
- Ensure strict compliance with agency policies, state and federal laws, and intelligence-handling procedures

Demonstrated proficiency in criminal intelligence analysis procedures
Link analysis
Network analysis
Pattern / trend analysis
Timeline analysis
Association mapping
Experience gathering information and producing intelligence products for investigations and prosecutions
Proficiency in open-source investigative techniques (OSINT)
Ability to prepare written analytical products and deliver briefings
Ability to facilitate collaborative investigative meetings
Willingness and ability to provide court testimony, if required
Must consent to and pass an OBN background investigation, including polygraph
Must sign a non-disclosure agreement
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel as required
Ability to begin work immediately without additional training
High integrity, professionalism, self-motivation, and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Mandarin, Cantonese, or Fujianese languages (include proficiency level)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Prior analytical investigation experience
