About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Utility IT Systems Administrator (EUMS / CIS) to provide full-time, on-site IT and application support for an electric utility environment in Coolidge, Arizona.

Due to the breadth of responsibility, specialized utility domain knowledge required, this position is compensated at a senior, market-competitive level commensurate with experience.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Electric Utility Management System, associated billing and payment systems, and supporting infrastructure. The position supports a mission-critical utility operation and requires hands-on experience with enterprise systems administration, utility billing platforms, networked environments, and customer information systems. 100% on-site role and requires the ability to pass a background investigation.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in utility billing systems.

  • Strong system administration experience (Windows Server, networks, databases)

  • SQL experience, including custom query and report development

  • Experience with payment systems, APIs, or government payment platforms

  • Familiarity with IVR systems and telephony integration


Preferred Qualifications

  • GIS integration experience

  • Crystal Reports development experience

  • SCADA exposure
